Whale Watching Tour & A Nice Drive Around the Island
For this tour you will have to wade out in the water to about knee high water to get onto the catamaran. So make sure you wear appropriate clothing. I didn't know this and decided to wear white capris which ended up splattered in sand by the time we were done.
We saw hundreds of whales on this tour. We even saw a mother whale, her calf and the male escort swimming together in a line. It was incredible!! Despite the fact that I was sea sick!! I didn't take my motion sickness pills before we left, because I didn't want to be tired on the trip. I much rather would have been tired looking back then to feel like barfing for the entire trip!! So if you decide to go on a whale watching tour the next time you are in Maui, don't forget to take your Dramamine!!
I enjoyed this tour, but I preferred the sea kayaking adventure that we did over this one though. We are very active people and like to be part of an adventure not just sit back and watch from the sidelines. We had a much closer look at the whales and you got to actually enjoy rowing the kayak for some physical activity, we also got to get in the water and actually swim with them all while enjoying the beautiful scenery and wild marine life.
We had a nice lunch after our tour.

Follow the trail through the jungle of trees and vines, you will follow a meandering creek and see roosters and chickens along your way to the Honolua-Mokuleia Bay
