Symbol of Love and Devotion

Locks on the bridge, a symbolic gesture and a tradition for couples to hang a lock on the bridge and toss the key into the river for a promise to love each other. 

The kids are enjoying going through the locks and looking at the names and engravings on them.

         We stopped for a little treat  of macaroons and an ice cream cone on the way back to the hotel.
